The Harbour Island problem
The logistics are the job here. There is no ground-floor door to back a van up to — everything moves through a service elevator on a booked window, and most buildings want a certificate of insurance on file before the doors open. A twelve-by-fifteen rolled rug does not fit in a passenger lift. We book the freight elevator with the building manager, roll on site rather than folding, and time collection and return to the same window so the room is only bare once.
