Method
How it is done
We roll rather than fold, because a fold sets a crease line into the foundation that becomes a hinge and eventually a split. For upper floors and buildings with a service elevator we book the window with the building manager and arrange collection and return for the same slot, so a room is only bare once.
Why It Matters

Most rug damage in transit happens in the first ten minutes, in the house, before the rug reaches a vehicle.
